The Campana Family’s American journey began with the compassion of one brave American soldier who summoned the courage to save two starving children from a war-torn country.
That young boy was Gino’s father, Dominick Campana, and the young girl was Gino’s Aunt, Antonett Campana. It would take seven years, but in 1950, Sergeant Anderson was able to sponsor Dominick and Antonett’s entrance into the United States. At the age of 14, Gino’s father boarded a ship bound for New York City. He was dressed in a donated Red Ryder sweatshirt with both hope in his heart for the future, and apprehension for the journey ahead.
Gino Campana is a father, coach, builder, entrepreneur, and first generation American who has lived the American Dream.
After graduating Colorado State University with a degree in civil engineering, he married his high school sweetheart, Michele. Then, Gino began building his own American Dream – brick by brick.
Gino scraped together every penny he could find and bought his first house in Fort Collins for twenty-six thousand dollars. He fixed it up and sold it for a small profit – then bought his next house and did it again. Now, Gino builds large multifamily projects…
Let's Put Our Name on The Future
The American Dream is in my blood.

I’m that guy.
